Empowering Creativity, Ensuring Integrity
At Busker, we are a community dedicated to supporting musicians, fans, and listeners alike. We foster a culture of respect, creativity, and social responsibility. We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and vibrant community where creativity flourishes and everyone is treated with respect. Our commitment to these values is reflected in the following guidelines, which we ask all members of our community to uphold.
1. Respect for All Voices
We celebrate diverse perspectives and encourage artistic expression in all its forms. However, we do not tolerate hate speech, discrimination, or any content that promotes violence against specific groups. This includes, but is not limited to, racial slurs, derogatory language targeting specific identities, or content that glorifies or incites violence. Busker is a platform where everyone should feel welcome, regardless of their background, identity, or beliefs. Content that violates this principle will be removed and repeat offenders may face suspension or permanent banning from the platform.
2. Authenticity and Originality
We value originality and creativity. Content that infringes on copyright, misleads others, or impersonates someone else undermines the integrity of our platform and is strictly prohibited. If your work is inspired by or includes elements created by others, please ensure proper attribution is given. Collaboration is encouraged, but honesty about your contributions is essential. Our community thrives on trust and authenticity, and we expect all members to honor this. Violation of this principle will result in removal of content and may lead to further consequences.
3. Responsible Content Moderation
We actively monitor content using advanced tools and a dedicated team to ensure our guidelines are upheld. However, we also rely on our community to report any content that may be harmful, inappropriate, or in violation of our standards. Together, we can create a safe and respectful environment for all. When content is reported, our team reviews it promptly and takes appropriate action, which may include removal or issuing warnings to the violator. We aim to be transparent in our moderation efforts and will notify you if your report leads to action.
4. Zero Tolerance for Exploitation
The safety of our community is our top priority. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content that exploits or endangers minors, including underage abuse or any form of exploitation. This is non-negotiable.

Busker is committed to maintaining transparency in our policies and actions. We expect all members to follow the laws and regulations that govern our platform and to respect our community standards and we will take appropriate action against any violations. This includes removing content and, if necessary, taking legal action.
6. Freedom of Expression with Responsibility

7 .Artist Accountability on Content
Busker artists are responsible for fulfilling any perks associated with their songs. Artists are also expected to distribute the perks to the relevant collectors. Additionally, it is the artist’s responsibility to accurately tag their songs as explicit when necessary. If a musician fails to tag their content appropriately, Busker reserves the right to apply the explicit tag to ensure transparency and maintain platform integrity.

At Busker, we recognise that as our community evolves, so too must our guidelines and practices. We are committed to continuous improvement and are dedicated to adapting our policies to meet new challenges and reflect the changing needs of our members.
